My wife and I had such a great time in Costa Rica and the trip was so smooth, that I felt I should share my experience using a tour package company.
Adriana at info@costaricavacationcr.com was GREAT, she was very accommodating to our requests and changes and the price seemed comparable to prices that I would be booking everything myself.
Our flight was 2 hrs late arriving at the airport and Adriana was still waiting for us at the airport. (was cute seeing our name on a little sight held by her daughter). Adrian greeted us and walked us to our transportation to that nights hotel. Adrian gave us a package that has all of our vouchers, information about each hotel and tour we had planed. She explained how to use the vouchers, what to expect and misc information.. She even gave us a cute gift. Ronald loaded our bags and took us to the hotel.

All the vouchers were perfect, no problems with Interbus, hotels or tours taking them. They were in order and the time line Adriana had planned out worked perfectly.
The roads are rough and there are no signs, I don't think I could have ever found my way using a rental car. Using a tour company (1st time doing that) work out perfect and I would HIGHLY recommend talking to Adriana for your trips to Costa Rica.
