Long term accommodations

We are hoping to spend a couple of months next winter (February and March) in Belize. The northern town of Corozal appeals to us. We would probably fly into Cancun, stay there a week or so, and then bus down to Corozal. Anyone know of any accommodations available on a monthly basis in this town? Thank you in advance!

Try googling Toucan Trail. Then click on Consejo Shores for Smuggler's Inn. It's a beautiful property, with a few restaurants etc. nearby, and a kitchenette, which I would assume you would want for longer term. You may also find something through the area realtors, in Consejo Shores or Corozal.

Thanks so much, Kris. This is our first trip to the area. We have spent 2 to 3 of the winter months in Puerto Vallarta for the last 8 years and are ready to try somewhere else! Will try those avenues.

Try checking with Hotel Maya they have furnished apartments that they rent. Its like $400US a month. There is also a place south of town a block away from the sea for about $250US a month I forgot the name of this place.

Check with Henry Menzies he might be able to help you he has a tourist information center in Corozal his email is info@belizertransfers.com
