Aptos is near Santa Cruz, where there should be an abundance of lodging choices for wedding guests. You might want to contact some hotels to see if they are willing to set up a "block" of rooms for your guests. Many hotels offer discounted rates for these type of events. If you hit a road block, you might try going through a travel agent.

My cousin was married in Santa Cruz but we had a block of rooms at Best Western Seacliff in Aptos. They were great to us.
