Car company to go from DCA (Regan National) to Sofitel?

This is our first trip to DC. I found East Coast Town Cars on this forum. Are there any other suggestions for transport from DCA to the Sofitel? Thanks very much!

I really think that using a car service to go from DCA to the Sofitel is an unnecessary expense. With normal traffic it will only take 15-20 minutes, at most. There are plenty of taxis at DCA no matter when you arrive. But if you really want a car and driver, I use Kasper's Livery for Dulles and BWI. He is very reliable. http://www.kasperlivery.com/

As Darrell6t notes, there's no obvious reason to hire a car service to get you from DCA to the Sofitel. DCA is just over the Potomac River from DC - literally just minutes away. Taxis are plentiful at DCA and you'll rarely have to wait long for one. I frequently take a taxi from DCA to downtown, not far from the Sofitel, and it's about 10-15 minutes and about $15. You can also hop on the Metro and take the Blue Line to McPherson Square, which is very near the Sofitel (see http://www.stationmasters.com/System_Map/MCPHERSN/mcphersn.html).

Thank you for your help. Good to know we can just go with a taxi.
