“ Camping! how to keep choclate cool? ”

Hi we are taking the kids camping next week ( not sure where yet?) Somewhere near central oklahoma *any advice on a place?)

Ok so here is my other?

We are going to have smores how do I keep the choclate and marshmellows from melting? Seems they will still melt in the cooler?

If the cooler is actually 'cool' they will both be fine.

One way to help keep the cooler really cold is to load it with ice the night before you intend to use it and let it get really cold. Then dump the water, add the stuff you want to keep cold and fill it with as much ice as it can hold. Getting the chest really cold to start with makes the refill last much longer.

Sorry - I can't help with a camping location.
