I need to get to District 12, and could do so either from The Hilton at Castle Hill or the Hungarian National Museum. Which is fastest, easiest route? If using a taxi, what might fare be? Thanks for your help.

hi, the hilton castle is much closer to the XIIth district, but its hard to say any info, without knowing an exact address. you know the districts are quite big...

yeah, maybe :)

so. from hilton castle, get to moszkva square (with várbusz), then take bus NO. 22, it goes to budakeszi, all the way down on budakeszi street, so you will just need to get off where you wish.

from national museum at kálvin square i would get to deák square (either take a bus or just walking - 10 minutes), take the red metro line to moszkva tér, and than bus no. 22, same as above.

regarding to the taxi ride, i cant tell you, because budakeszi út is indeed a long road....
