Study Abroad

Thinking of studying abroad in either brussels, debrecen (hungary), Brno or prague (czech), or graz (austria). Any stand outs as far as excitement and friendliness goes? I am reading a lot of forums and a lot of these places seem like people just want to leave right away :/ any input would be lovely!!

Brno is a fantastic city - full of students and things to do. I initially went to Prague in the late 1980s, then Brno and just ended up staying, and I'm not the only one. It's the sort of city that draws you back again and again - as long as you fall in with the right crowd and make some friends with locals, you will have the time of your life. It is a lot friendlier and laid back than Prague, and is much cheaper as well - there is also more to do and see in its immediate surroundings, and it only costs €9 to get to Vienna if you want to do a bit of sightseeing there.

Here are some tasters:

a little bit further afield:

and much more ...

That should help to convince you!

Masarykova University - excellent place to study in Brno. I agree with GCEK..

It also greatly depends what you want to study...

My second choice would be Debrecen...
