grecian sands or capo bay |
|
hello please can someone help me . really cany decideof which hotel to pick to get married in . i'm a travel agent and dont want a huge hotel , want something quite intimate. only group of 6 coming with us. please help me. or if somebody could suggest other hotel in ayia napa or protaras area many thanks |
|
Most definately Grecian Sands as they have only 2 weddings per day and a the weddings take place away from the main guests of the hotel. At Capo Bay you are in full view of everybody on the beach and your photos are taken around sunbeds!!!!!Grecian Sands has a beautiful seaview deck for weddings just above the sea so nice and private backdrop. Hope this helps. Cyprus resident

thanks very much for your help, we are also thinking of the Grecian Park, do you think this is better than the Grecian Sands. My partner thinks this may be a bit too posh please help . Going to book tommorow if anybody can give me advice before then

Hi ljscotland Most definately the Grecian PK, but I disagree with Mandy when she states the Capo Bay which is another lovely Hotel in that photo's are not taken around sunbeds, that is mis-leading. I have been there at many weddings so I should know kev

We also had a look inside the Grecian Park hotel, it was fantastic. Many people now tell me that Cyprus weddings are becoming more like a conveyer belt system in most of the hotels. We saw a few weddings at the Capo Bay this year and you can walk up a bit and have some nice photos, but people on the sunbeds on the grassed area could see all the photos being taken, and i would feel like they were all looking at me.

why is the grecian park better than the grecian sands thank everybody for all there help

Grecian sands and Grecian park are both fantastic hotels, but they are quite different as wedding venues and it is up to the individual to decide. The grecian sands has a sea view deck overlooking the Med and a private area at the back of the hotel for weddings only (no hotel guests). The grecian park has a cliff top venue overlooking the sea The Grecian Park is out of Protaras and The Grecian Sands is closer to town Hope this helps.
