Motel or Apartments with a heated pool for winter swimming

Anyone got any suggestions for a motel / self contained apartments in Paihia with a heated swimming pool (well enough heated to swim in early Sept) ? We have a 9 year son who just LOVES the water.

Edgewater Palms have a great pool & spa and they say that these facilities are operational all year:

We stayed at The Waterfront last year and they have a heated pool. Great accommodation, car park under the complex and central location with a view.
