My wife and I will be spending two nights in Sydney next month. We enjoy seeking out fine restaurants each time we visit a new city. I've narrowed my choices to three restaurants: Guillaume At Bennelong, Aria and 41. I would also like to eat at Doyle's At The Beach if I can fit it in, probably for lunch.
Recommendations on which two of the fine dining choices I should choose would be appreciated. If I've overlooked a real gem, let me know about that as well. Is it worth the effort to squeeze in Doyle's or would that be too much given the evening dining. Normally, I would not have much for lunch if I have a gourmet outing planned for dinner.
I assume all three restaurant alternatives, even Doyle's have great views of the harbor. They all seem to have great food. All are priced about the same. It comes down to the intangibles that the locals should know best.
