I'm guessing you want to go to Bornholm (which is in Denmark).

There are two main options.

From Copenhagen you can take the bus to Ystad (Sweden) and then get the ferry to Ronne (Bornholm, Denmark). First departure of the day is at 7am from Copenhagen Main Rain Station. Arrives in Ronne at 9:50am. Last return depends on Sundays is 6:30pm from Ronna, with an arrival in Copenhagen at 9:15pm. There are also trains available at more or less the same times. It's a very short walk from Ystad Train Station to the ferry docks, while the bus stops at the docks.

You can also take a ferry from Koge (Denmark) to Ronne (Bornholm, Denmark). This is a once daily think departing Koge at 0:30am and arriving in Ronne at 6am. Returns at 5pm and arrives in Koge at 10:30pm. Koge is a short trainride outside Copenhagen.

You can also go by train from Copenhagen Central Station to Ystad to connect with ferry to Bornholm.

You can also fly with Danish Air Transport (www.dat.dk). Flights are generally pretty cheap though there's a reduced schedule on Sundays.

For specific guided tours you should probably ask here:

http://www.bornholm.info/?language=en

Here is a survey map of the local public bus routes

http://www.bat.dk/da/forside.aspx

but for planning, probably use the site www.rejseplanen.dk

The northern coast is the most attractive part of the island - places like Gudhjem, Hammershus, Svaneke, for instance - and if you have more than a day, Christiansø islet.

One travels through Sweden some of the way to Bornholm.

It looks like a nice tour & the price seems reasonable, also because it includes lunch, transport, guide and a good selection of sights.
