Leaning Tower of Pisa

Can someone please recommend a reasonably cheap hotel/motel near this town? We will be arriving from Sospel to view this tower and return the next day to Nice. We plan to break the journey by staying somewhere along the route.

Thank you

"Reasonably cheap" is very vague. How many of you are there, and how much are you hoping to spend per night, in euros?

Just my husband and I. Hope to spend at most 80 Euro on hotel/motel.

We'll be driving from Cote d'Azur Airport via the Moyenne Corniche. Cancelled the trip to Sospel, so driving straight to Pisa. I understand the journey will be looong in view of the slow scenic drive. Roughly how many hours will it take from the airport to Pisa? We hope to collect the car around 10am, so we may have to stay the night in one of the towns enroute to Pisa. Any suggestion where to stay?

Thanks

Please check out the Royal Victoria (www.royalvictoria.it). It's a little shabby around the edges, which is perhaps one of the many reasons why we love it.
