I have a private wine tasting to go to near Montalcino, at the Caparzo Winery in February.
I'm trying to figure out the easiest way 4 of us can get there. Unfortunately I did not get an International Driver's License in time before we leave. Anyone have any suggestions?

I think you'll have to hire a private driver.
