Looking for family members

My husbands grandfather was from Giulianova and came to the United States with his sister. I have is baptism certificate how do I go about finding his family. We know he had 11 brothers and sisters. His name was Umberto DiCarlo.

As there are 33 Di Carlo's listed in the phone book for Giulianova alone, going down that route could be a long and frustrating process.
