How would I find a train schedule? How far is it and how much would a taxi cost? IS there any reasonable car service to take 2 of us from the airport to the place we are staying at?

Train from Pisa Airport train station to Forte dei Marmi takes from 45 minutes (including a change of train in Pisa Centrale) and costs €4.10 - see http://www.trenitalia.com/homepage_en.html using a date this week to see fares.
