Palm Beach Hotel

Looking at going to the Palm Beach in April.Does anybody know the distance into Larnaca as there seems to be conflicting reports on the distance of between 6 to 10 kilometres. Are there regular buses and how often do they run?
Do they have tea /coffee making facilities in the hotel rooms?
And does anybody know any good restaurants they could recommend?
