You should definately go into Copenhagen. The area you're in is practical for flying but basically useless for anything else. Since you'll be right next to the metro which will take you into town in 15 minutes, I suggest you do so, and see the city while you have the chance. Get off at Kongens Nytorv, there are lots of good restaurants around. A few that springs to mind would be: Madklubben on Store Kongensgade (reservation a must), Pastis on Gothersgade, Den Lille Fede in Boltens Gård, La Vecchia Signora on Grønnegade and D'Angelo and Umami on Store Kongensgade. Steak-options are Herford Beefstouw on Store Kongensgade or Ny Adelgade. If you want traditional Danish, you could try Parnas on Lille Kongensgade, Vita on Store Kongensgade or Toldbod Bodega on Esplanaden.

But, please, go into the city unless you feel like eating oily pizza, shawarma or hot dogs which is all you will find out there (unless you choose to eat at the neighbouring Hilton).

Have a good night in Copenhagen.
