Hotel Prince stafilos is a fantastic place to stay at Skopleos island. In a very calm area, very close to Skopelos town centre (10 minutes walking distance), this hotel is a great value for money.

The owner and the personnel are very friently and I will go back there soon!!!

Hi Andrew, Into which airport did you fly, and then what transportation, how long did it take to get to Skopelos. Also, for an extended stay (min 2 weeks) any suggestion on best room, studio, etc. rates. Thanks, Sallie

Hi Steven, I am planning on going to Scopelos in Sept with friends from the UK...(we are from the US)..we will first fly to London to meet up. Do you know anything about the Aperitton Hotel?....also is there a charter that goes out of Gatwick direct to Scopelos? Thanks. Linda

We are going to be staying in the Hotel Prince Stafilos as well. Did you use a bus to get to the beach and around the island or was there a beach you could walk to?

There is a beach right in front of Prince Stafylos hotel. It is not the best beach on the island, but it's ideal if you don't want to drive away from the town. Skopelos has some great beaches in terms of natural beauty, although most of them are pebbly rather than sandy.

I believe these were right beyond our Prince Stafilos hotel--if that is indeed correct, they looked very nice and you will be in the center of town in 10-15 minutes on a very nice walk. Enjoy it.
