Halal restaurants in Bruges

Does anyone know of some halal restaurants in Bruges please? I don't mind if they are cheaper fast food type places, just hoping to not eat vegetables all week!

I have noted Pita Huis at 35 Philipstockstraat and Ryad at Hoogstraat 32, if anyone knows if they are halal?

Also, are there some reasonably priced fish/seafood restaurants.

Grateful for any advice, thank you.

1) Halal: this gives Subway, at Eiermarkt 20, and Toet Anch Amon (= Tutankhamun) at Academiestraat 6: http://www.zabihah.com/sp.php?r=1&l=Brugge

2) Fish and seafood: For mussels and frites, Mosselkelder is not expensive, Huidenvettersplein 5 (www.mosselkelder.be)

Hi,

I don't know about Pita Huis, but Ryad serves halal food.

Kind regards,

Why are you thanking yourself 7 months after your answer (which was already 3 months after the question was asked)?!

Qaminari - think this is a bit of self promotion - I have reported another entry for that, and as that one seems to have been removed it would seem that Trip Advisor agrees with me.

I guess this is more of the same, being first post by a newly registered (to appear to escape link with previous registration) TA member! It's unusual for a real new member's first forum activity to be to seek out a year-old question and add a message recommending the very same place that is already the subject of self-promoting responses ...
