Try Candy Apple Costumes, I saw them there. Google for website info.

NOBODY wears this type of clothing except in the very touristy areas out of Amsterdam like Volendaam, Edam and Gouda on cheese market day as a show for visitors so this clothing is not easy to source.

Cheers!

There is no such thing a national costume.

Traditional costumes are always regional.

But even that will be hard to find. Best would be to go to Volendam, Marken or Spakenburg

There are a few areas left in the Netherlands where some (mostly old) women still wear traditional dress, for example in Zeeland. But, as already has been said, costumes vary per village; putting these costumes on usually requires considerable skill and time, and I imagine that such a costume can cost quite a lot (because of the quantity and quality of the fabric, and the gold and jewelry that's often part of the costume). And in todays world, it's usually not very practical, of course...

Naturally, there are some folk dance groups performing in traditional Dutch dress here and there - maybe you can contact them if you need traditional costumes for a similar purpose. Just google for "volksdansgroep" - but it's probably easier to find groups that do American Line dancing or Israeli folk dance than "Dutch dancing".

I came across this group that offers some of their costumes for sale: http://www.volksdansgroepnoordbroek.nl

As you can see (try Google Translate), they offer Israeli, Hungarian, Albanian, Macedonian and "South American" costumes, but also Dutch costumes from Urk, Staphorst and Spakenburg.

But they might not be interested in selling just one costume.
