First time in Amsterdam

Hi, me and my partner are coming to Amsterdam in late Sept and we will be spending 4 days there. I have checked out the 30 top rated spots and I find most of the picks are canals, a few parks and of course the famous RLD. I'm not a big fan of museum. Just wanna know if I missed out anything? I couldn't imagine myself strolling or cruising from one canal to another for 4 days... Appreciate your suggestions. Thanks

So what was your reason for booking to go to Amsterdam in the first place? Just curious.

Not sure what list you saw.

The canals are wonderful. One of the best things about amsterdam. But they do not tend to be a tourist destination in their own right. OK a canal cruise.

You will be walking around and over canals all the time in the center.

Look at the link above. That is our list of things to do.

Based on your own interests you may get other good suggests as well.

Well if you get bored of Amsterdam that fast (chances of which are minimal) you can always go and explore small towns nearby or other cities.

Brouwerij 't IJ beer brewer & cafe is underneath a windmill, www.brouwerijhetij.nl , although someone in a white coat might come and get you if you touch the windmill in a weird way for too long. Also see iamsterdam.com/en-GB/…windmills
