I don't know if you still need this info...but there is only one location in Arnhem where larger flee markets are held: the Rijnhal.

Personally I don't like this market, because it is indoors, big and commercial.

The next market there is on 14 & 15 nov. 2009. You have to pay 4 euro's to get in. The adres is Olympus 1. It is a ten minutes drive from central station (citybus 4).

On the regular market (friday and saturday) on the square by the Eusebius church is a small section with bric-à-brac and antique. But it only a very small section of the market.
