Need suggestion for Panorama views

Hello All:

I will be visiting st.moritz next week taking a train from lucerne and this is our first trip to swiss.

We will be arriving in st.moritz around 11.30 AM and will be spending the night there to catch the bernina express next morning. My wife and I are 31 and 26 and we want to explore the scenery around. Can you please let us know what you would recommend for experiencing the scenic views from the below. We also have a swiss pass.

Corvatsch

Corviglia / Piz Nair

Diavolezza

Muottas Muragl / Alp Languard

First of all, please note that the country is called SWITZERLAND, Swiss are the people or the products.

Mind that the Swiss Pass is not valid on most of the cablecars in the Upper Engadin (Engadin St. Moritz), however if you stay for two or more nights, most hotels will offer you a complimentary pass for the cable cars and some even the whole public transport in the area, see …stmoritz.ch/sommer/en/bergbahnen-inclusive/

As for where to go to explore depends what you are looking for. If you want the one option with the partial validity of your Swiss Pass, this would be Corvatsch. It's a good high mountain experience and it has a panoramic view. You get there from Surlej, where you arrive by bus (Swiss Pass valid on the bus).

Corviglia and Piz Nair are convenient if you stay in the upper part of St. Moritz (St. Moritz-Dorf), it's a good panoramic view from Piz Nair, but IMO never as impressive as e.g. Diavolezza. On the same hill side, in case you are staying at St. Moritz Bad (means spa, not bad) the lower part, you could go up to Signal - there is some hiking from there with a perfect view (no high-mountain experience however, but a good panorama of mountains and lakes). You could e.g. hike to one of the mountain restaurants there for lunch with a view and to grab a tan.

Diavolezza is on your next days route, the Bernina line, so this would mean backtracking, but if you want a high mountain experience, I think this would be it, as there you are in the middle of peaks and glaciers and rocks and snowfields. If you would choose to travel on a local train instead of the Bernina Express the next day, you could even consider doing this as a side-excursion on your way (there are lockers for your luggage, if you have larger items, usually the staff at the counter is willing to keep them for you for the time you are gone if you ask them kindly). If you go there, another stop on your way would be Morteratsch for a short hike towards the glacier.

Muottas Muragl is one of the best panoramic views over the Upper Engadine lake plateau and the mountains, but the panorama is not so close as on Diavolezza. This cablecar runs late as they offer sunset-dinners with a view. If you mean the hike to Alp Languard, this is very rewarding and has a lot of scenic views.

The choice is yours, as it is difficult to take decisions for others not knowing what they really expect.

Take train and tram to Diavolezza, then hike up Mt. Pers (30-45min) for a knock your socks off, set your hair on fire awesome panorama 360 degree view of the alps. The Berghaus at Diavolezza is a cool place to hang out for lunch or a beer afterwards.
