Grindelwald or Murren for sledging

My cousins come over in late Jan, and they have only 2 days in the region, with 1 overnight stay.

They ski a bit, but want to do some long sled runs. I know Grindelwald has some, but I also want them to see Murren because its charming (been there in summers only).

Would it work out that they goto Lauterbrunen side on day 1 and then goto Grindelwald on day 2 for sledding. Or should they skip either ? Are there any good sled runs on Murren side ?

p.s : they are in their 20s and would love some night scene . ( ie. not a sleepy place )

Would really appreciate some advice :)

I might suggest staying in Grindelwald and taking one day for a trip to Murren. Also there is a sled run from Kleine Scheidegg all the way down to Grindelwald. At least there used to be. It's a great run but be sure all are dressed warm. You can make a couple pit stops along the way at the railway stops at Alpiglen and Brandegg.
