Snow in may

we are visiting lucerne and interlaken in may last week. Will we get to see snow in Mt. titlis or Junggafragh.

You will see snow year-round. The last time I was there in May, there seemed to be more glacier "calving" than I remember in the summer or autumn. There's a roar from one of the glaciers, and if you're quick enough to locate it (often, it's a lot further away than you think) you'll see a big chunk fall away, seemingly in slow motion. Or maybe a far-off avalanche.

Another observation: In my opinion, it's REALLY quiet in May, in terms of people -- tourists and residents. It's one of the lowest points for tourism. It's after ski season, before the summer influx, and many places - especially in Grindelwald, Murren and Wengen - close down. Many of the residents who are connected with tourism go away on holiday. (Still, you'll have everything you need.)
