Cooking class

We will be staying in Lucca but have a car - we wish to take a cooking class in one of the nearby towns. Any suggestions will be appreciated!

Cooking Glasses are varied and its important in choosing a class that is not large to maximise the attention you get from the teacher. My wife and I went to this lady below a few years back and we've booked again for another visit later this year.

Take you car and head north for 25 minutes, along the SS12 road and before the spa town of Bagni di Lucca you'll reach our favourite Tuscan cooks place.

Normally only has a class a week and limits it to 2 people,so book in advance

I vote for Il Vicario. Not far from San Gimignano and they also boast a wonderful B&B.

Hi - Cinelliman again - saw your post about cooking schools in Lucca.

I took a wonderful fish class last week from Paolo Monte - I would say it was the best class I have taken in Italy. His English is more than perfect and his teaching kitchen is first class. We cooked over 15 dishes and ate them all for lunch.
