Pre-booking churches in Florence

I am going to be in Florence on a very tight schedule. My hotel has graciously pre-booked my museum visits, but one church I want to see is the Basilica of Santa Croce. I found a company online where I can pre-buy the tickets with a scheduled time, but I did not see this option on the official Polo Museum page, so I am wondering if the church honors pre-booked tickets with times. Can anyone provide me with some insight regarding this?

Thanks

There is no need to pre-book for any of the churches. You may have to queue for five minutes at particularly busy times, but that is all.
