I had considered this company, but due to the negative reviews on TA I used romecabs.com. Service was excellent.

they never showed up for me, the last I had left them an email asking if they wanted a credit card and I never heard back so I wasn't surprised when they didn't show up. I ended up taking a train to Trastevere and Tram 8 to Largo Argentino and walked the short distance to my apartment at Piazza Navona.

I used them before. Case after case, after case, they performed excellent service for us. Sorry to hear the few people who had negative experience with them and keep writing on this forum.

Hi, I just returned from a Rome vacation and spent over $1,000 on Rome Shuttle Limousine's services. I do NOT recommend them. Stay away. All over the site they advertise a Mercedes Benz fleet. Two of our rides were in dirty old cars, a Chrylser mini-van and Lancia. The latter vehicle had no air conditioning. I complained but they don't care.

I had a terrific experience with RSL from the airport. Nice spacious car, right on time, and the driver was delightful .... and wearing a white linen suit! I felt like a princess.

I have three journeys with them, for my forthcoming trip to Rome + cruise. I am a little concerned, as a result of some adverse comments on here, so I have emailed them asking for confirmation that my transfer will be undertaken in a Mercedes limo, as their brochure states.

I await a response, but hopefully they will do so by Monday, for my first experience, and turn up at FCO.

I'll post any news.

If they don't respond I may well call one of their competitors. I Will not risk letting my family down.

Tim, be sure and email them a reminder 2 days out and call them from the airport when you land. It's only common sense.
