We were there a year ago. (Jan-Feb). I wanted to go but locals said it would be too cold. Your take?
I should add it's -8 degrees Fahrenheit as I speak in Madison, WI so I don't think it would be that cold in Pedraza. Correct.Edited: 12:56 pm, February 01, 2013
FYI, minus 8 centigrade would -17 celcius.
Today it is -2C.
Not too cold for me, but too cold for hanging out in a fun sort of way...esp. for most Spaniards.
Nice report Benny, it´s given me an idea for a good day trip. I was wondering if you had ever visited Sigüenza, we were there in December and I remember thinking it would be a place you would like very much.
I have not made it yet to Siguenza because there are no direct train trips to this city yet. It does sound interesting.
Looking more closely at the Renfe website, there are trains that go to Siguenza and it is possible to do a day trip there. It takes 1.5 hours to get there. I think I will do this in the future.
I´m sure you´ll enjoy it Benny :o)
