quite easy drive, viamichelin as said by Casa SantoEstevo is a good option. The motorway that you take at Santiago AP9 takes you to Lisbon without any detour. Nice Road, but expensive tolls ( i recall thats like 35€)

Porto is half the way and is worth a visit, a beautiful city specially the old town and Vilanova de Gaia, just crossing the river and where the Porto Wine cellars are, to me Croft, Ferreira are the most interesting to visit ¡¡ enjoy the wines¡¡ . A tipical portuguese restaurant, is called Abadia, in the city center (sorry for my bad memory)

Coimbra is a beatiful city either, both are nice stops that dont require any diversion from your route to estoril
