we stayed in costa adeje and on recommendation went to Mama Rosas for a meal in PDLA and really enjoyed it! It does a bit of everything -steak, fish, pasta etc.

We too have eaten at Mama Rosas. The fish is excellent. The restaurant has a nice ambience. The last time we were there they had a great pianist playing.

I am resident in tenerife and one of the best restuarant are Othellos, torviscas and. Othellos is a canarian restuarant and you must taste their chicken ,potatoes and salad. It is made in the canarian way and is delicious.

Give Marios a try ....they have lovely food too....I definitely recommend the 'shoulder of lamb' which is heaven and a bargain at around 12/13 euros....you've never seen anything like it,.....you wont be disappointed!

We are going to Tenerife next week and we always eat a Marios nearly every night for a week. What Marios are you speaking about as there are three. The latest one being across the road from Euginies (sp?) Shopping mall. Good but not as good as the other two. They are special ( Chateubriand between two is excellent)

hi...the one i go to is the one along from the Pheasant Plucker pub (oppo the hotel bouganville playa)....its my fave and they still have our photos on the wall...ah bless.

The chateaubriand is a fave of mine also and so is the pate starter....! mmm yummy.

My mouth is watering at the thought of it ! Still i'll be there in less than 2 weeks to have it again! yippee cant wait..!

That is the same one as we go to and we will be there on Friday. This will be the first time I will try the Chateaubriand as it requires for two and my wife and I said next time we go back we are definately going to try it. The wee guy with the jet black moustache is now at the other one opened about two years ago across from the Eugenie shopping mall. we sometimes go to that one but we don't find it as good as the one across from the Bouganville. Never had a bad meal there yet

Sadly we are only there for 1 week but I will pop into the Pheasant plucker and either see Jo or pass on a message to her as we don't usually go out till after 7. What is your name though. The wee man in question does wear glasses and always fools around with things like sauce bottles and mustard etc.
