Has anyone stayed in the S Argamassa villas? I am wondering how noisy they are, I have read mixed reviews. Thankyou.
I have walked by them. Its a v quiet area and I doubt noise would be a problem there. Everything closes down at midnight.
Thankyou Danny, that is a relief. I have just booked up. First time to Ibiza, cant wait!
Every year we stay next door at Los Pinares. Quite a few people from there come around to our bar just for a change of venue. Never heard anyone complaining of the noise. If you book you might find my small map useful pointing out the local places.
You can even drag the little man onto roads for street view.

Thankyou Phil, just looked at the map, most useful.
Hi cmocuk. No problem. Just arrived back from Ibiza last night. Strange to see all the places in S'Argamassa closed with empty swimming pools. Lot of people working on them as the first places are opening this weekend for some Dutch tourists.
We have booked for the first week in May. Do you know if all will be open then?
Should be. Thats the first week of the main season. Where are you staying.
Staying at the villas S Argamassa.
I’m sure you’ll be OK. Most of the island is getting ready for the first week of May. Los Pinares where we stay (around the corner from you) opens this Saturday. We saw 2 bars open on Cala Pada beach and the Sa Trenca restaurant on Cala Martina beach was only open between 10:00 - 18:00. In Los Pinares there is a bar open to anyone and Diego and Sole who run it also cook food. Sole’s paella is fantastic but has to be ordered the night before. This week only two of the beaches we visited had beds for rent, Niu Blau (a 15 min walk along the costal path from Cala Pada) and Cala Bassa on the west of the island. Probably about 50% of the restaurants were open in Santa Eulalia. If your weather is anything like ours of the past 6 days you will have a great time. We had blue skys and temps of 21 – 23. If you have transport and are doing self catering use the big Eroski supermarket about a mile down the main road toward Santa Eulalia.
Thanks for the information. Most useful. We will be sure to try the Los Pinares bar. The weather sounds fantastic. Cant wait!
