Hi everyone well pleased to say finally got my 300 euros back from 1rentacar - it took a while, lots of emails and calls but got there in the end. The actual service was ok with them whilst had car rental - the car itself was not as young as other companies but for the price (as we were a family group this time rather than just a couple) worked out the best for us at the time.

Hi, I rented a car from 1rentacar for 4 weeks in November, when we returned the car to the agent at Malaga airport he said the refund of 300euros would be done in 2-3 days.

I am still waiting for it to show on my account despite many emails and a phone call - they have only bothered to reply once and that was to say they didn't know what had happened!

I have now passed this over to my credit card company to dispute it on my behalf.

I would never use them again and would advise other people not to do so.

We have booked a car with hire car Malaga.com. I booked over the Internet and then rang them in Spain. They were really helpful and seemed v genuine. So we will hope all is well at Easter when we arrive.

We had the same problem from when we went in July,we kept emailing and we did get it back but it took 8 months
