We will be visting Cologne on 31st October for 5 nights. Can anybody recommend cheap hotels between the station, the old town and within the 'Ring'. We'll require a twin room, and were looking at paying £100 to £150 each for the 5 nights.

Ones I've been looking at are:

Leonet, Deutzer Eck, Berg, Meininger, Weber, Kolner pension, Einig, City hotel and Kongress.

Does anybody have opinions on these. I've read the reviews, and all the top rated hotels are fully booked.

We fly in late in the evening, so would like to be walking distance from the station.
