In Dutch yes, in German Dreiländereck
>my question is how to reach it from peterstrasse, by public transportation
You can take a bus from Bushof (the main bus hub in the Peterstr) to Vaals (see www.avv.de) - bus 25 or 33 - and walk uphill for about 1/2 h to the Dreiländereck/Drielandenpunt. You can surely also take a taxi from Vaals - I think there are no regular buses up to the hilltop in winter.
A taxi from peterstrass to top hill. How much does it cost?
20-25 euro one way at least, probably more.
