I'll be in Berlin later this year, and intend to do some traveling east of there. Many guide books I have looked at don't pay much attention to places like Frankfurt-Oder, or Seelow, Cottbus, etc.

Anyone have any recommendations about a good English-language guidebook for Ost Brandenburg?

Also, I am seeking detailed (1:150,000, 1:100,000 or smaller) maps of the Oderbruch. Any suggestions for acquiring these would be appreciated.
