Hello, we flying from Moscow directly to the Stuttgart flughafen. How could we get from Stuttgart flughafen to the Stuttgart bahnhof? Are there any direct trains from flughafen to bahnhof? Where can I buy the tickets on the train from bahnhof Stuttgart to the fussen ? And how much is one ticket from stuttgart to fussen by train?? Thank you in advance for your help.

Note the spelling of Füssen. Either Füssen or Fuessen, but not Fussen.

You can buy train tickets from Stuttgart Airport to Füssen. Online through the DB timetable. At the information desk at Stuttgart Airport. Or from ticket machines. You must however not enter the S-Bahn from the airport to Stuttgart Hbf (main train station) without a valid ticket.
In case you fly with GermanWings best would be to buy Rail&Fly tickets.
There ae two S-bahns (S-2 and S-3) that go between the airport and the train station. To save money, you might as well buy your train ticket at the airport There are machines one level down from arrivals, follow the green and white S signs (the DB machines are the ones to use for the entire trip, or from a person the tourist information office can also sell tickets, it is located between the baggage claims of Terminals 1/2 and 3/4) for from the airport to Fuessen (note the correct spelling of Füssen, either Füssen or Fuessen. www.bahn.com will have train information and prices.
