I have a week to do the French Riviera, to Monaco and onto Chinka Serra in Italy. Is there a tour you could recommend or would it be better to hire a car. What is acccomodation like in that area. I have 7 days in May 2010?
If you hire a car in France and drop off in Italy, there will be a relocation fee of several hundred euros. If you are travelling around the French Riviera and then to Cinque Terre (note spelling!), you would do better to travel by train.
There is lots of accommodation, most of quite expensive.
