Getting around the Cote d' azur in France

Hi we are going to Frejus in September and we are debating on booking a car. The thing is as there are 4 adults and 2 baby's we need a large car which is about £700(almost as much as the holiday) for ten days plus petrol money. If you have been here did you hire a car and if not then how did you get around. We are actually staying at La Baume in Frejus. If we don't hire a car the transfers are about £250 and we somehow want to visit places such as Nice, Monaco and St Tropez.

Hello and welcome to the forum. One of the features of TA is the search facility. Just below the green Frejus Forum banner you will see a search box. Type in La Baume and you will bring up many threads on the subject which will go a long way to answering most of your questions.

Good luck and have a great holiday.
