Train Figueres to Avignon www.tgv-europe.com/en enter "Antarctic" as country to avoid being transferred.

Journey time should be about 5h.
You need to take a standard train to Nimes, then a TGV (non full speed on that branch) tp Figuieres and then the spanish bullet train to Barcelona.
