Any advice on how to get to Bordeaux from Toulouse?

How long will it take to drive? is it easy to drive to bordeaux from Toulouse?

How long will train take, any idea how much does the train ticket cost?

It's about 250km from Toulouse to Bordeaux. Driving will take about 3 hours from city center to city center. It is a dead easy drive - Autoroute all the way. www.viamichelin.com will give you detailed directions, and estimated times, fuel and toll costs. One thing - I have usually found this site's time estimates to be a bit on the optimistic side.

The train takes about two hours, and would be my choice unless you will already have rented a car for other parts of your trip. You can research the timetables and cost at www.sncf.com

I don't think the bus option is worth considering, given the ease of getting to Bordeaux by train.
