Paris Opéra ticket lost in mail? What to do? |

I ordered the ticket online and my credit card charged about a month ago for the November 19 performance and I still haven't received the ticket. I sent them an email 2 days ago and haven't got any reply. If I don't receive the ticket by the time I leave in one week can I print out the order confirmation and show it to the box office and have my ticket reissued? Report as inappropriate |

Thanks. As long as they can reissue the ticket I should be fine. I'd rather pick up the ticket at the box office, even if they send it now I doubt I'll receive it before I leave. Report as inappropriate | ||||||
