Can anyone tell me if the cooking/pastry demonstrations here are translated into English? I have emailed the school, but only received a form-letter response which told me the topic of the demonstration but did not answer my question about translation. Thanks-

Merci AnneParis!

Sadly your answers cancel each other out for me....

I am not traveling in July and August... I know all the "cool" Parisians travel during these months (ha ha, I was also there once before and learned from all the closed doors in July!) but I am going to be there in May..... 17 yipee!

But again as you say Fred is popular so I imagine he is booked.

I will e mail though and see if by chance he has one open spot for a friendly gal. Mon Dieu, I can hardly stand the wait any longer!

I visited the L'atelier des chefs website and learned that one of the classes offered is La Tradition (traditional French food), and this class is sometimes offered in English. I emailed for more info and was told that this class may be offered in English once a week during the summer months. So to anyone who'd like to take a French cooking course in English, check the L'atelier des chefs website to see if the class is available!
