They rent apartments in Dijon in several locations which are perfectly located in the Centre Ville and well suited for a longer stay in the region. Max conducted a tour for us that lasted the whole day and included three great wine tastings in Nuit St. Georges, Volnay, and Orches. We plucked grapes in the Clos Veugot, and lunch in Volnay was wonderful. The last tasting in Orches was particularly memorable for various reasons; I will leave it to you to dicover for yourself! We also visited Chateauneaf en Auxios and a town and barge on the canal nearby. Max is very knowledgeable about the region, about wine, and he has the contacts to give you a great experience meeting vignerons in the region.
