Activities for classy hens - any ideas?

Six of us will be in Manchester for a hen weekend in August. We are aged between mid 20s through to mid 50s (but the 'oldies' are very young at heart!) We like the nice things in life ie champagne cocktails, pampering but are up for a good laugh too.

We have booked a hotel but are now wanting some ideas for activies for us to do. Has anyone got any suggestions?

I was talking to my hairdresser the other day and she went to Lammars in the Northern Quarter which she said was "cheesey but glamourous" if that makes sense!! She also said they went there because it was hen party friendly.

Birdcage is good fun but like everyone has said it's definitely not classy!

Went to Cloud 23 (reserved a table) - well worth the visit

Dined at Linen and Alberts Shed (the latter being the best of the two)

DID go to Birdcage and true to everyone's comments - not classy but we had a great night.

Thanks for all your comments.
