Hello again everyone,
After a bit of family tree searching my husbands uncle has discovered that his Granny is from Co. Longford and not Co. Cork. Next month my family, along with my husbands aunt and uncle, will be visiting Ireland for 17 glorious days. I have many family members spread out in three different counties. (Wicklow, Limerick, and Cork) So we plan on spending most of our time visiting and staying with those families. My questions are many but I will limit them to: What is there to see/do in Co. Longford?
When we are in the Dublin area, is Co. Longford a day trip? What should we see along the way? I have received a ton of information from trip advisor for Limerick and Cork but now with our uncles new found information we are going to be visiting Longford too. Thank you in advance. Karatemom
