Shielings/camping advice please

We have visited Mull many times and hope to have a cheapo break there in July. Has anyone stayed or know anything about the shieling holidays (link below) Any help or advice would be very much appreciated.

Thankyou

Hi! I have stayed in the shielings at Craignure. I was a solo female traveler; I ended up sharing a shieling with another female, with a wall dividing our area, so there was some privacy.

I thought it was a great experience, there are a few places to walk to nearby. I also spent the night on Iona and in Tobermory, so my island exploring wasn't based from Craignure. If you plan to stay in Craignure, you will be very close to the mini-bus stop to get to other parts of the island. The hostels on Mull are great as well; the Iona hostel can be hard to get into, but there are other accomodations on the island that are well priced (Finlay Ross, Cruachan).

Have a blast...Mull is just wonderful!!
