Where to stay

We are a family of 4, 2A n 2 children traveling to London for 3 nights. I have been advised on a few places to stay at : Westminster area, Think London bridge and west Kensington area.as a tourist wanting to see all the sights n shopping, which area would be more convenient? I am more keen on apartments and would appreciate if anyone has good apartments to recommend as it appears very full in Europe in June and a lot of places are fully booked or very high prices. My budget would be below £130 a night. Tks.

This is the only other place I can find the Battersea apartment for rent http://cityholidayhome.com/battersea-14/

Here are the Flipkey listings and reviews for City Holiday Home (Harumi Ishikawa): http://tinyurl.com/ns85lgj

There are several negative reviews on this forum about Loving Apartments (just use the Search function). This being just one: tripadvisor.com/ShowTopic-g186338-i17-k46391…

My pleasure. I just looked at your original post (family of 4 for £100/night). That's a tight budget, but I would also consider these over the Battersea location:

Is this it? booking.com/hotel/gb/west-london-riverside-a…

I don't know that area, but it doesn't appear to be very central as it is on the edge of Zones 3 and 4.

Here is the listing on Airbnb: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/881877 and on HouseTrip: http://www.housetrip.com/en/rentals/183905

It is 1.5 miles to the nearest underground (about a 30 minute walk). There appears to be closer rail stations to the flat, but I don't know how rail travel works for daily commuting to central London.
