Which side of the bridge?

There is the Dickens Inn in St Katherine's Dock on the same side of the river as the Tower of London:

They have two restaurants and a bar that serves snacks.

Le Pont de la Tour has brilliant views of tower bridge ( french cuisine) can work out bit expensive with drinks. Mala at St Katherine Docks serves grt Indian food.

Tower Thistle Hotel has water cafe with view of Thames. You could go to The Dickens Inn at St Katherine Docks for drinks.

Located on the south side of the bridge is also "ASK" an Italian restaurant Chain. Butler's Wharf is south of the bridge and turn Left. There is also a Zitti's restaraunt on that street. If you go south on the bridge and turn right, Strada is also a nice Italian restaurant right across from the tower of London.

Butler's Wharf, where ASK is located, has a couple of other restaurants, including the french one.

if you go to the Dickens Inn, order the pizza, best in London!!

I've only been to the Bengal Clipper once, several years ago, and I was very disappointed. It had delusions of grandeur and was distinctly mediocre.

Hi, I "third" the suggestion for the Dickens Inn. We have been there several times, the pizza is the greatest. The last visit was on a Friday after the "locals" got off work and man, it was pretty lively!

Happy Travels!

I would second the comment on the Bengal Clipper.

Browns offers some good views and the foods not bad.
