I'm a big fan of PG Wodehouse work. As such, each time I go to London i try to find a place, or an activity, that is able to make me feel that I could be at the Drones club or about to join Bertie at Blandings Castle for the week end.
I've done so far the most obvious things : shop in Old Bond Street and Jermyne Street, having tea at the Ritz or Fortnum's, dinner at the Savoy's grill are examples among others.
As I keep having some links with the reality, I know that those characters and their way of life didn't exist even at the time when PG wrote the books.
But if any TA londoner has the same attraction to this fluffy but sophisticated world, what would be your recommendation, for places to visit, shops to go, things to do ?
Hope that it doesn't sound too weird :)
